Great Black and White Photographers Part 3
- What first caught my eye with these photographers is that they were all (mostly) nature shots, and of places that I've never been as of yet.
- Senses
- I see... 1) The grand canyon with its large crevices cut from years of water eroding it away. The mostly cloudy sky and the birds flying by overhead. 2) A lazy river with a bridge in the middle of a forest. The clear blue sky, the top of the land formation in the distance, and the clear reflection in the river.
- I smell... 1)The clean dusty air of Arizona. The rocks and all the years of erosion. The past rivers and lakes, and the vast expanse of the canyon 2)A fishy smell, mixed with pine and maple. The ground and the morning dew, the sky and the clean air. The moss the has probably formed under the bridge.
- I hear... 1)The screeching of vultures overhead. The wind blowing the clouds by as dust comes flying towards me. 2)The chirping of birds and animals running through the forest. The river sloshing by lazily and the rustling of the leaves.
- I taste... 1)My raspy spit. The dust in the air. 2)The river water mist as it get's into my mouth. The taste of maple from some of the trees.
- I feel... 1)The rocky terrain and smooth edges as well as jagged ones of the cliffs and ground. 2)The river mist on my face, the cool depths of the water, the trees bark and the soft ground of the bank.
- I would create a blog made specifically for Ansel Adams and share it on the interweb, to share with everybody.
